Polyurea is a high performance elastomeric membrane. It is a seamless system and demonstrates extra ordinary performance characteristics. Polyurea is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders and MDI pre-polymers. It provides flexible, tough, resilient monolithic membrane for a wide range of applications. It does not contain VOC’s and is safe to apply in almost all situations.

Because of its seamless, monolithic water-tight coating, Polyurea industrial coatings have been very effective in helping to protect the environment from harmful spills and leakage, and have been successfully used as a primary and secondary containment in many industries such as oil & gas, potable water, waste water, sewage, fish hatcheries and piping conduit interiors.

Polyurea flooring systems are popular for their rapid turnaround installation capabilities. Polyurea can be formulated to be flexible and resilient allowing the flooring system to be protected from objects that may fall upon them. Because of its flexibility and durability, Polyurea is also used as a multi-purpose joint fill, caulking and sealing material.

Polyurea’s ability to outlast paint and fight off corrosion makes it a great material for bridge deck and structure coatings. Polyurea linings are blast resistant, ballistic mitigation, nonskid and corrosion control for all types of transport trucks, helicopters, buses, trains, boats, ships, freighters, fire and ambulance vehicles, etc.
